Included Foot Controller for Remote Review The Foot Controller on the RR-830 lets you start and stop tape playback without using your hands. You can also use the Foot Controller to Auto Backspace by releasing the start pedal. The amount of Auto Backspace is controlled by the Back Space Control on the main unit.
Variable Speech Control Allows you to Manage Tape Playback Speed You can control the playback speed of the tape while maintaining the pitch of the original recording with the Variable Speech Control Function on the RR-830. This feature is most effective with voice (spoken word) recordings and should not be used during the playback of music.
