Overview Technical Specs Reviews
Powerful Sound Features
This CD player/receiver is packed with powerful sound features, including 3-Band Sound Quality (SQ3), a MOS-FET high-power 50W amp and Re-Master. In order to achieve a high compression ratio, some of the less audible high-frequency tone data gets filtered out during the creation of AAC1, WMA, MP3 and other compressed file formats. To compensate, the Re-Master function interpolates the treble data for richer audio reproduction during playback.

Multi-Source Entertainment System
This expansion module-ready player/receiver gives you the option of extending your digital lifestyle into your vehicle with an expansion module (CY-EM100U, sold separately) designed specifically to link car audio equipment with a variety of digital devices. Plug in your iPod®, camcorder, video game system, satellite radio receiver, DVD/CD changer, or Bluetooth® Hands-Free Mobile Phone Kit (each sold seperately) — all at the same time! Each of these devices can also be individually connected directly to the head unit.

Ready for iPod®
You can also link your iPod® using the Direct Cable for iPod® (CA-DC300U, sold separately). The head unit displays artist and album info, so you can easily select tracks and playlists using the Rotary Knob Control. And just like your iPod's click wheel, everything is right at your fingertips.

  1. AAC files that can be played on this unit have the ".m4a" extension and have been encoded with Apple iTunes® version 6. The file extension for files encoded with the iTunes Apple Lossless Encoder is ".m4a", but such files cannot be played on this unit. Files under copyright protection cannot be played.
