1   All required hardware and accessories are not automatically included with purchase and must be provided by the customer. Some hardware may be sold by Panasonic.com, but Panasonic Direct does not guarantee that it will sell all possible required additional hardware and accessories necessary for installation. If customer does not have all required accessories at the time of installation, and the installer is not able to complete the installation, the customer may be charged an additional trip fee to be paid to the installer.

2   Additional charges will apply for carpentry, electrical work, floor covering modifications, furniture moving, additional wire, parts, or accessories.

3   Onsite technicians reserve the right to refuse installations for products or accessories that are incompatible, damaged, exhibit signs of excessive wear or are deemed unsafe. If the unit is not new, any damage will be documented before installation begins. Installs Inc. will not perform installations on products that a) appear to be damaged, b) have damaged boxes, c) have been previously installed or mounted, d) are not new, e) exhibit excessive wear, f) are inappropriate for the installation application, g) are requested to be installed in unsafe locations.
