Your Panasonic VIERA HDTV comes with a 12 month factory warranty that covers parts and labor as well as access to our toll-free hotline and web chat support.  This Factory Warranty Upgrade plan will upgrade your original factory warranty to full Concierge benefits, and extend them for 1 year.  Concierge benefits include in-home Priority Service Scheduling and follow-up, as well as a Loaner HDTV during service.  Under this program, a Panasonic authorized technician will come to your home to service your TV, usually within two days of your request.  This Concierge upgrade is available only during the original factory warranty period.
