Peace of mind. That's what you get with our professional installation services. If you don't have the time or the technical skill, don't worry - you can sit back and relax while our authorized installation pros do it for you. They'll do everything from unpacking your new equipment to setting it up - and you don't even have to lift a finger. They'll even program your remote controls and train you on the operation of your new equipment!
Here's what you'll get with this installation:
- A telephone call from the installer within 48 hours of sale (Monday-Friday) to conduct a pre-installation need analysis. They will determine the actual work to be performed, required hardware and accessories needed to complete the install, and schedule an installation date.
- A pre-installation site survey upon arrival at your home. Any additional charges will be quoted and approved prior to the start of the job.
- Customer-provided mounting bracket will be secured to a standard frame or masonry wall.
- Mount and secure Flat Panel TV onto mounting bracket.
- TV will be connected to a pre-existing AC power supply within reach of the original power cord. (power cord will be surface routed or run through track molding only)
- Integration of tuner box (cable box, satellite receiver) to new TV and/or home theater system.
- Customer-provided cables will be neatly surface routed from a tuner source up to 15 feet from TV.
Plus:- Integration of newly purchased audio/video components into a preexisting, functioning system, located in the same room. Audio or video components include: TV(up to 29"), Home Theater Speaker System, Home Theater in a box, VCR, DVD, DVR, Internet TV, Video Game Unit, Audio Receiver, Amplifier, CD Player, CD Recorder, Audio Tape Deck, and/or Mini-Disk Player.
- Your existing speakers placed on shelf or floor (does not include mounting speakers on wall or brackets).
- Wires and cables neatly connected and grouped. Does not include hiding wires in walls or drilling holes.
- Up to two non-learning remote control devices programmed to operate connected components.
- Up to 20 minutes of educational demonstration of the newly purchased audio/video components.
- Cleanup of work area, including removal of any packaging from your home. Garbage will not be taken offsite. It will be placed in your trash or in your preferred location.
- One year warranty on installation.
- Typical installation time: 2 - 4 hours.

| - Installations will not be performed in commercial establishments. Installations are intended only for new Panasonic products that are installed in residential dwellings.
- Panasonic installations services are performed by Installs Inc. and its contracted third-party installation service, network, to provide authorized installations for Panasonic Consumer Electronics Products. Installations will be completed by a licensed installer, certified by Installs Inc.
- All required hardware and accessories are not automatically included with purchase and must be provided by the customer. Some hardware may be sold by Panasonic.com, but Panasonic Direct does not guarantee that it will sell all possible required additional hardware and accessories necessary for installation. If customer does not have all required accessories at the time of installation, and the installer is not able to complete the installation, the customer may be charged an additional trip fee to be paid to the installer.
- Additional charges may apply for carpentry, electrical work, floor covering modifications, furniture moving, additional wire, parts, or accessories.
- Onsite technicians reserve the right to refuse installations for products or accessories that are incompatible, damaged, exhibit signs of excessive wear or are deemed unsafe. If the unit is not new, any damage will be documented before installation begins. Installs Inc. will not perform installations on products that a) appear to be damaged, b) have damaged boxes, c) have been previously installed or mounted, d) are not new, e) exhibit excessive wear, f) are inappropriate for the installation application, g) are requested to be installed in unsafe locations.
