Replacement software CD can be obtained from our National Parts Center at 800-833-9626 between the hours of 9am and 7:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.

3. How do I turn off my IC Recorder?
The IC Recorder cannot be turned off. It is always on and ready to record at anytime.

4. Why is “HOLD” displayed on the unit?
The HOLD function prevents accidental button presses, regardless of whether or not the unit is in use.
