2. What should I do if I can’t get a Blue Light to come up on my HD-PLC module?
The units may not be registered properly. Please follow these steps to fix this:
1. Reset all of the units by pressing and holding in the factory default reset button for a few moments, then plug in the Master and Terminal units into the same electrical outlet.
2. Press and hold both setup buttons on the unit for a moment and then release. The units' PLC light will flash for a few moments. Once both lights turn solid blue, the units are registered. Repeat this procedure for the remaining terminal units you wish to register.
