1. My unit still works but the light has gone out. How do I replace the lamp/bulb?
The lamp/bulb is not a user replaceable part. We recommend that the unit be repaired at a local repair center.

2. What should I check if my microwave stops working?
Check the fuse/circuit breaker for the outlet to see if it has been tripped or blown.
Check other outlets to see if there is a GFI outlet that is on the same circuit as the outlet used for the unit and see if it needs to be rest.
Connect the oven to another outlet to see if unit is still operational.

3. How to do I remove the odor from inside the microwave?
Combine 1 to 11/2 cups (250 - 375 ml) water with the juice and peel of one lemon in a 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Heat contents on high for 5 mins. After water finishes boiling, wipe interior of oven with a cloth.

4. "Lock" is displayed on the microwave. How to I remove this?
Press [STOP/RESET] button 3 times to unlock the unit. Or press [FUNCTION], [5], then [2].
