The USB cable that you are using might be too long. You should use a standard USB cable that is shorter then 2 meters (6.5 feet).

Windows XP's Fast User Switching is not supported by the program. You would have to log off from your current computer profile and log in using your other profile.

Here are the steps to install the Multi Function Station program:
1. First, download the ""MFSxxxx.exe” to the specified folder on your computer's hard disk (Example C:\My Documents)
2. After download is completed, the ""MFSxxxx.exe” icon will appear on the specified folder where you have saved it. The icon looks like a small microwave oven.
3. Click on the icon and a new window will pop up. On that window, click on RUN and it will extract a folder named MFS.
4. Lastly, open the MFS Folder. Look for the SETUP.EXE icon. Double click on it. This will now automatically start the installation of the Multi Function Station on your computer.
