1. I’m getting a big black box on my screen. How do I take this off?
Closed Caption has been turned on. This can be turned off by pressing the [CC] button on the remote or through the menu.

2. Why is the power indicator blinking?
If the power indicator is blinking on front of the TV, turn off the TV. Then unplug the power cable from the current power source and try a different electrical outlet.

3. How do I unlock my TV if I forgot my code?
Press and hold the [ACTION] and [POWER] button in front of the TV until it turns off and back on again.

4. Do I need to purchase a digital tuner?
If you use an antenna, indoor or outdoor, to receive over-the-air broadcasting, then you will need to purchase digital converter box.

5. Does my TV have a digital tuner?
The TAU Series TVs do not have a digital tuner built-in.
