1. Why is the power indicator blinking?
Blinking power LED indicates that a failure has occurred
on the unit. Unplug the TV, then plug it back in.
Turn the TV on. If the unit continues blinking, take note of
the number of blinks and contact our call center to arrange service.

2. How do I remove the black bars from the top and bottom of the picture?
To remove the black bars from the top and bottom, press the [FORMAT] or [ASPECT] button on the remote. The option available to remove the horizontal bars is Zoom.

3. How do I remove the black bars from the left and right of the picture?
To remove the black bars from the left and right hand side, press the [FORMAT] or [ASPECT] button on the remote. The options available to remove the vertical bars are H-Fill, Just, and Zoom.

4. Do I need to purchase a digital tuner?
If you use an antenna, indoor or outdoor, to receive over-the-air broadcasting, and your LCD TV is older than a 2006 model or is a 2006 model with a screen size smaller than 26", then you will need to purchase digital converter box.

5. Does my TV have a digital tuner?
From 2006, all LCD models with screens that are 26" or larger will have a digital tuner.
From 2007, all LCD models with screens that are 23" or larger will have a digital tuner.
