1. How do I obtain English audio when there is no audio (or the audio is in a different language) while watching a TV program?
On the remote control, press the button labeled [SAP] until you get the English audio.

2. I’m getting a big black box on my screen. How do I take this off?
Closed Caption has been turned on. This can be turned off by pressing the [CC] button on the remote or through the menu.

3. Why is the power indicator blinking?
If the power indicator is blinking on the front of the TV, turn off the TV. Then unplug the power cable from the current power source and try a different electrical outlet. Also, remove the power cable from the rear of the TV and plug it back it in. The power cable tab must be inserted in until a click is heard.
