Every Panasonic Toughbook® mobile computer comes with a standard 3-year limited warranty (expandable to five years) and access to U.S.-based phone support for the entire life of the unit. A Panasonic representative will help you detemine the source of the problem and the fastest resolution regardless of warranty status. Providing our customers with a variety of warranty services that maximize productivity and extend the life of a Toughbook mobile computer.

All Toughbook Arbitrator system components come with a standard 3-year limited warranty (expandable to five years). To streamline your repair process, the standard warranty includes toll-free technical support hotline and our priority exchange program which provides replacement components shipped next-business-day delivery within the United States at no charge. There is a 1-year warranty on the wireless transmitter, wireless receiver and transmitter battery.
