Panasonic Partners with Green Builder® Media to Launch VISION House® in INNOVENTIONS at Epcot®
New exhibit showcasing state-of-the-art, sustainable home opens to the public on Earth Day
Lake Buena Vista (April 19, 2012) –Panasonic Eco Solutions North America (formerly Panasonic Home and Health Company) has formed a relationship with Green Builder® Media, North America’s leading media company focused on sustainable living, to participate in the VISION House® in INNOVENTIONS. . The exhibit features two Panasonic ENERGY STAR® rated vent fans and an energy recovery ventilator to help educate guests about the importance of indoor air quality when reducing their home’s environmental impact.
Opening on Earth Day (April 22), the purpose of the VISION House® in INNOVENTIONS is to present green living ideas in a fun and informative manner that will empower guests with the knowledge that a sustainable future is possible. The exhibit will showcase a wide spectrum of environmentally appropriate products and options and provide homeowners with real solutions for contemporary green living.
Panasonic’s quiet, energy efficient WhisperGreen®, WhisperComfort™ and WhisperWall™ ventilation fans are utilized in the bathroom, laundry room and studio so visitors can see mechanical ventilation in action and learn how the fans are working to exhaust unwanted indoor pollutants, odors and moisture that can lead to structural damage.

INNOVENTIONS cast members will guide visitors through the VISION House® and educate them on building science fundamentals, integrated design elements, green products, and intelligent systems that can serve to enhance a home. Then, visitors will be directed into a post-show area, which will contain interactive kiosks that offer further information about green living.
Throughout the exhibit, visitors will be encouraged to consider how they can reduce their personal impact on the planet, as well as changes they can implement in their own homes to make them more sustainable and more durable.
