What are shipping costs?
When you place your order, a Shipping Calculator button will appear for each model.
To calculate shipping costs, click the "Shipping Calculator" button and provide:
* the quantity you would like to purchase,
* the state the product will be shipped to, and
* the Zip Code of the town to which the product will be shipped.
Click "Calculate" to display the shipping cost for each shipping option available. You can then select a shipping method and click "Buy" to add that item to your basket or "Close" to go back and browse other items. |
How do I select a shipping method?
You will have the opportunity to choose between the following methods of shipment provided by UPS:
* Regular Ground — When shipping UPS Ground, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
* Next Day Air — 1 business day from when we ship from our warehouse.
We do not ship or offer delivery on weekends or holiday.
Orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the next business day (and arrive the 2nd business day from when you place your order).
* Second Day Air — 2 business days from when we ship from our warehouse. We do not ship or offer
delivery on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the next business day (and arrive
the 3rd business day from when you place your order).
* Fed Ex — Offered only on Toughbook Elite models. Ships 10 business days from order date. We do not ship or offer delivery on weekends or holidays.

How do I track shipment progress?
To track your order through UPS, use the UPS tracking number e-mailed to you with your shipping confirmation. |
Is there special shipping for large items?
Due to the size and special handling requirements of certain Panasonic Electronics products, customers will be required to use our "White Glove" and "Standard Home Delivery" carrier service. Panasonic wants to make receiving your purchase as easy as possible.
Here's what to expect:
Standard Home Delivery - A delivery agent will contact you within 7-10 business days to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery can be scheduled 8am-5pm Monday through Friday within a 4 hour window. This service includes delivery into the main entrance of your home only. This service does not include unpacking, plugging in, or debris removal.
White Glove Delivery - A delivery agent will contact you within 7-10 business days to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery can be scheduled 8am-5pm Monday through Friday within a 4 hour window. This service includes inside delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, plugging in (to include one cable hook-up), and debris removal. Set up and installation is not part of this service.
White Glove Delivery With Set Up - A delivery agent will contact you within 7-10 business days to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery can be scheduled 8am-5pm Monday through Friday within a 4 hour window. This service is exclusive for our Real Pro Massage Chairs and includes:
- set up inside the house in the proper room
- arms screwed in (2 screws)
- remote holder screwed in (3 screws)
- plugged in and make sure it works
- box taken away
Products that need to be shipped via a Standard or White Glove carrier cannot be delivered to Hawaii or Alaska.
