1. What is the best way to use the massager for a complete massage?
All models except EV290:
First, select a wide massage area, and use the roller surface. Slowly move the head of the massager over the massage area in big, wide circles. Then, for areas of soreness or stiffness, change the massager to the pointed surface. Push down on these massage areas for about 5 to 7 seconds for each sore spot. Finish with the roller surface again, moving the head around the extended massage area in large, uniform circles.

2. How long does it take to charge the massager?
EV297:
Standard charging time is 5 hours (full charge). A full charge will give you about 40 minutes of cordless use.

3. How do I use the swivel head?
The swivel head can be set in four positions (0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees). Grasp the head swivel firmly and slowly turn it to the desired position. Marks are provided at each angle, and youâll hear a click when the swivel head reaches each of these points. Do not force the head to swivel past 270 degrees. (The swivel head is available only on EV297 and EV299.)

4. What does the heat feature do?
Applying heat with your massage will enhance the sensation of the massage, for deeper relaxation. (The heat feature is available only on EV299.)
