1. What is the proper way to use the Nose/Ear Hair Trimmer?
Turn the trimmer on and carefully insert the tip of the outer blade into your nostril or earhole to trim the nose or ear hairs. Clean the trimmer after each use.
2. How long will the blades last?
The blades do not require replacement.
- ER112, ER115:
If used once a week for approximately one minute at a time, the life of the blades is approximately two years.
- ER411:
If used once a week for approximately one minute at a time, the life of the blades is approximately four years.
3. How do I keep the trimmer clean?
Remove the outer blade frame by turning and raising it upward. Detach the inner blade from the outer blade, and wipe the blades gently with a tissue to remove and hairs, dust etc. Be sure that the switch is turned off before removing, mounting, or cleaning the blades.
- ER112:
The inner blade and the outer blade can be washed in water after they have been removed from the trimmer body. The trimmer body should not be washed in water.
- ER115, ER411:
The whole unit can be washed in warm water to clean. Be sure to wipe off any excess water, and allow the blades to dry completely before mounting them back onto the trimmer body. Mount the inner blade back onto the outer blade, and place the outer blade onto the body by pushing down gently and twisting clock-wise.
4. How deep can the trimmer go inside my ears or nose?
Don't place the device deeper into your ears or nose than the narrow tip of the outer blade.
5. Is there anything I should be careful of when using the trimmer?
Don't place the device deeper in your ears or nose than the narrow tip of the outer blade. Don't apply pressure when putting the trimmer in your ears or nose. Don't attempt to use the device if the outer blade frame or blades are damaged, as doing so may cause injury. Don't attempt to use the trimmer for any other purpose than cutting nose or ear hairs.
